What an amazing Christmas getaway! The cabin was cozy and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect - surrounded by beautiful nature and close to the Brecon Beacons National Park. We loved the outside terrace, where we could enjoy meals and relax under the stars. The cabin was also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for our family. The kids had a blast interacting with the animals on the farm and going for walks in the hills and woods. It was a truly unforgettable experience.
The approach to the farm was a bit tricky, especially for inexperienced drivers like myself. The gravel paths and steep entrance made it a bit challenging, but once we arrived, it was worth it.

The cabin was cozy and had all the amenities we needed for our romantic escape. The views from the cabin were absolutely breathtaking, especially for star gazing. We loved being surrounded by nature and the peaceful atmosphere of the farm. The host was friendly and made us feel welcome during our stay.
The approach to the farm was a bit tricky, especially if you're not used to driving on challenging terrain. Additionally, the mattresses in the children's room were too soft for our liking, as we prefer firmer mattresses for a better night's sleep.

We had a fantastic winter getaway at a cozy log cabin. The facilities were excellent and provided great value for money. The cabin itself was comfortable and well-maintained. The highlight was the outside terrace, where we could enjoy meals and relax under the starry night sky. The location was also perfect, with beautiful views and easy access to local attractions. The host, Hugh, was incredibly accommodating and even went above and beyond to send us an item we had left behind. we highly recommend this log cabin for a memorable stay.
While the kitchen equipment was basic, it was still adequate for our needs. The approach to the farm could be a bit challenging, especially for drivers who are not used to steep and uneven terrain.

The Log Cabin was a perfect value for money with its cozy and well-equipped room. The remote location offered breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The host, Hugh, was extremely welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed. Plus, Oscar the dog was the perfect furry companion during our stay.
The breakfast could have been better with a wider variety of kitchen equipment, like a bread knife.

Cosy cabin with comfortable beds and soft, clean linen. All towels and tea towels provided. Lovely family and their dog, Oscar, greeted us every morning and said goodnight. Beautiful location on a quiet farm, away from light pollution. Perfect for exploring the area and close to Pen y Fan. Great value food at the nearby Shoemakers Arms. Eco-friendly with recycling and non-plastic items. Natural spring water. Felt safe, warm, and clean. Enjoyed Oscar's visits, even in the rain.
Steep and loose gravel driveway which may be challenging for rear wheel drive cars. Basic kitchen equipment, lacked a bread knife.
